Breakfast was fantastic, especially the freshly prepared omelettes.

The room I stayed in was disappointing. it lacked basic amenities like a bath and bathrobes despite being advertised. Additionally, there was an unsettling sense of neglect, with the air conditioning struggling and some items in disrepair. I was met with an unhelpful response when I tried to address my concerns at the front desk, which only added to my frustration.

Had a wonderful stay with spacious rooms, especially the Junior Suite that offered a large bed and a comfortable separate lounge area. The breakfast spread was impressive with many delicious options. The proximity to shopping and local restaurants made it easy to enjoy the area.

A rollercoaster of pros and cons

From the warm welcome with a glass of wine to the beautifully maintained rooms, the service was exceptional! I loved dining at the à la carte restaurant with its delicious and affordable meals.

The carpet in the hallways looked neglected and dated! Breakfast offered little variety throughout my stay, which was disappointing given the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

The Junior Suite offered plenty of space and great value, making it a comfortable place to unwind. I particularly loved the huge bed which was perfect for a restful night's sleep. The plentiful breakfast each morning included delicious options, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. Being close to both Rosebank Mall and a variety of restaurants made exploring easy and enjoyable. Some areas required attention, like the carpet in the hallways which looked a bit worn and dated. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room efficiently, causing a bit of discomfort during warmer hours. Also, a couple of minor maintenance issues were present, though they didn’t heavily impact my overall stay.

The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the courtesy car service to nearby attractions. A minor improvement could be made by providing more convenient charging options in the room.

The location is perfect, just steps away from a bustling mall, and the modern, renovated room had a refreshing vibe. Breakfast was a highlight, especially Zoleka's omelettes, which set a positive tone for the day. However, the internet connectivity was disappointing, affecting productivity during my business trip. Additionally, the shower design was not user-friendly, making it frustrating to use. While the staff was pleasant, the service felt scripted and impersonal at times.

The hotel location was ideal, just a short distance from bustling shopping outlets. Rooms were spacious and equipped with good amenities, although a few fixtures needed repairs. Breakfast offered an impressive spread, but the dining experience was sometimes marred by inattentive service.

Had an awesome time with friends! Great service, a perfect location near malls, and a nice pool area. We enjoyed relaxing at Chamelot Spa after our visits to the Teatro at Montecasino and a nearby shopping center. Don’t miss the breakfast. it has plenty of options!

One downside was the bathroom layout. it was a bit awkward with mirrored panels separating the areas. It might not be comfortable for everyone.

Recommend it for couples

The reception area wowed me with its modern design the staff was super friendly and welcomed us warmly. After our long flight we arrived late and the receptionist was more than accommodating even got us some pancakes and water for my daughter when she fainted.

It wasn’t inexpensive but the experience was still acceptable.
